WRISTBANDS //
(Required for Entry)
Entry to the Conference is via wristband. You can convert your e-ticket to a wristband before Friday 30th, or in line on Friday night.
Ticket Conversion Times
Tuesday 27th to Friday 30th May: 11:00am–2:00pm at Freedom Centre (Maleme Street)
Friday 30th May from 4:30pm at Holy Trinity
If you have already converted your e ticket to a wristband, our team simply need to sight it, no waiting in line required!
PARKING //
Disabled parking is available at both locations
Holy Trinity
There is street and parking building (Elizabeth St & Spring St) available. Parking is free after 5:00pm and all weekend.
There is limited parking available at Tauranga Primary School on Friday Night and Sunday only (no parking on Saturday). Do not park on grass or verges.
There is limited parking available at Dan Smethurst Orthodontist at 44 3rd Avenue. Do not park on grass or verges, and respect the business grounds.
Freedom Centre
There is off-site parking, street parking and parking available at local businesses.
At both locations, the friendly faces of our carpark and welcoming team will guide you.
ENTRY //
Doors will open at 5:30PM on Friday, May 30. Please present your printed or digital ticket to be scanned upon entry. We'll convert tickets to bands from 4:30pm on Friday night. Once your ticket has been scanned, you will receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times and is required for entry on Saturday. Our team will be available to you onsite to assist with ticket and wristband issues. If you have already converted your e ticket to a wristband, our team simply need to sight it, no waiting in line required!
KIDS //
Registered kids aged 2-4 years are being cared for on site at Holy Trinity, except Sunday morning, where all services and kids programmes are held at Freedom Centre, 21/65a Maleme Street.
Registered Kids aged 5-10 years who are registered to Kids conference are being cared for off-site at Freedom Centre Tauranga.
The Kids Conference for both age groups at Sunday am Services (9am / 11am) is at Freedom Centre, Maleme Street.
Kids aged 2-4 are back at Holy Trinity on Sunday night. Kids aged 5-10 years are at Freedom Centre, Maleme Street on Sunday night
**YOU DO NOT NEED A CONFERENCE TICKET TO ATTEND ON SUNDAY
Full Kids Conference details will be sent in a separate email. If you have registered your children, and haven’t received it by the end of today please email events@freedomcentre.nz
YOUTH //
There is no specific intermediates or youth programme. We know the youth will get so much out of being in the room. They can look forward to social hangs at the following times.

SUNDAY- 4.30pm hangs + free feed @ Conference (Holy Trinity)
FOOD + COFFEE //
Onsite
Austins Coffee Cart will be onsite Friday & Saturday, and a snack shop will be available throughout the weekend in the foyer.
You’re also welcome to bring your own food for the breaks.
Please note: No food is allowed in the auditorium.

Our Merch this year has been very popular, if you didn’t manage to get your order in through our system, orders must be placed by 10pm on Friday 23rd in order to collect them on Friday 30th. Alternatively, we will have limited stock available throughout the weekend.
